Using the principles of total quality management and iso 9000 standards in teacher education
Abstract
One of the best ways to meet consumer and
customer education services in fully trained specialists is the
use of quality management in education. The need to implement
TQM is associated with the main task of education
- the improvement of educational programs and improving
the quality of educational services. The purpose of this article
is to review the main stages of the implementation of TQM:
an approach to teacher education and necessary arrangements
for human resource training to implement the assigned
tasks
