Статья посвящена подготовке инженерных кадров, обеспечению гибкости и качества образовательного процесса. Анализ опыта Германии указывает на необходимость формирования тематик дипломных и диссертационных работ на основании потребностей в научных исследованиях профильных предприятий. Отмечается важная роль стажировок и практик в процессе подготовки инженеров. В статье показано, что залогом успеха в реализации принципа «образование через науку» является расширение и актуализация направлений работ университета с предприятиями. Особое внимание уделено анализу опыта Израиля в вопросах создания центров трансферта технологий, стимулирующих инновационную деятельность предприятий и университетов.
The article is devoted to preparation of engineering skills, ensuring flexibility and quality of educational process. The analysis of Germany’s experience indicates the necessity of forming the themes of graduation papers and theses on the basis of demands for scientific researches of the profile enterprises. The important role of training and practices in the course of training engineers is noted. The article shows that the key to success in the realization of the "education through science" principle is expansion and updating of university work directions with the enterprises. Special attention is paid to the analysis of Israel experience in questions of creation of the technologies transfer centers which stimulate innovative activity of the enterprises and universities.
