В статье обобщен опыт формирования этнокультурной компетенции будущих учителей в процессе обучения в вузе. Проанализированы понятия компетентность и этнокультурная компетентность личности, представлена модель формирования этнокультурной компетентности будущего педагога в процессе обучения. В работе рассмотрены образовательная, социально-воспитательная и практическая деятельности вуза, их влияние на процесс формирования этнокультурных знаний студентов, а также представлены научно-методические рекомендации по совершенствованию содержания, форм и методов формирования компетентности личности. Полученные в ходе исследования результаты подтверждают эффективность описанных нами форм и методов, применяемых в процессе усовершенствования профессиональной подготовки будущих учителей, а также в необходимости постоянного творческого поиска путей формирования данной компетентности студентов.
The article summarizes the experience in developing ethnic and cultural competence of future teachers in the course of studying at a university. The articles analyses the concepts of competence, a person's ethnic and cultural competence, as well as the model of ethnic and cultural competence development of future teachers. The paper considers educational, practical, social and instructional activities of higher educational institutions and the way they influence the students' ethnic and cultural knowledge. Scientific and methodological recommendations aimed at improving the contents, structure and methods of a person's competency development are also provided in the paper. The results obtained prove the efficiency of the forms and methods defined in the process of improving the professional training process of future teachers. The necessity of applying a creative approach when developing students' ethnic and cultural competence is stressed.
