В статье предпринята попытка обосновать на практическом опыте работы учреждения для детей-сирот положение о необходимости формирования единого социально-интеграционного пространства региона, в рамках которого разворачивалось бы взаимодействие различных государственных институтов, органов местного самоуправления, общественных организаций и представителей бизнес-структур, занимающихся проблемами социальной защиты сирот; раскрыть составляющие программы межведомственного взаимодействия по формированию благоприятной среды жизнедеятельности выпускника.
The article presents an attempt to prove through practical experience of an orphanage the theoretical proposition that there's a necessity to form a united social and integration environment in the region in order to ensure the interaction among various state institutions, local authorities, public organizations and business structures representatives, engaged in the process of social protection of orphans. The article describes the main components of a program on interagency interaction in the sphere of forming an orphanage-leaver's auspicious social environment.
