В статье обосновывается необходимость проектирования инновационных методик, основанных на рефлексивном методе и способствующих профессиональному развитию специалистов. Отмечается, что субъектами проектирования должны быть сами педагоги и обучающиеся. Раскрываются принципы проектирования, дается определение рефлексивной методики, учитывающей три основных критерия дидактического метода: цель обучения, способы усвоения знаний и характер взаимодействия субъектов обучения. Описываются условия реализации рефлексивной методики, обусловленные спецификой последипломного образования.
The article gives reasons for the necessity of projecting innovative methods based on the reflexive method and promoting professional development of specialists. It is stated that teachers themselves and adult students should become the subjects of projecting. The article presents the principles of projecting, defines the reflexive methodology which takes into account three major criteria of the didactic method. The article describes the conditions of its practical application determined by the specific character of adult education.
