В статье раскрываются вопросы подготовки учителя для современной школы. Исследуя данный вопрос, авторы подчеркивают, что среди качеств, которыми должен обладать учитель, необходимо выделить: знание предмета, мастерство его преподавания. Кроме этого, к необходимым умениям учителя относятся умение «побудить учиться», т. е. поддерживать у школьников высокую мотивацию к учебе, быть справедливым, требовательным, умение поддерживать дружеские и эмоциональные отношения с учащимися, чувство юмора. Проведя анализ педагогических источников, авторы пришли к выводу, что в формировании индивидуального стиля профессиональной деятельности будущего учителя немаловажную роль играет его творчество и артистизм, способные инициировать проявления творчества учеников.
The article highlights the issues of preparation teachers for modern school. Looking into the problem, the authors stress that it is necessary to specify the following traits a teacher should have: subject knowledge, mastery of teaching the subject. Besides, among the necessary teaching skills there is a skill to encourage to learn, i.e. to keep high level of students motivation, to be just, demanding, able to get on well with students, to have a good sense of humor. Having analyzed some pedagogical sources, the authors came to conclusion that creativity and artistry, which can initiate students creativity, play an important role in forming an individual professional style of a future teacher. Artistry and mastery of a teacher include his ability to switch over to new situations quickly, easily transform from one image to a new one. Besides, it is an ability to be full of ideas that a teacher inspires his students with both at the lesson and after it.
