В статье раскрывается влияние типов межличностного взаимодействия - кооперации и конкуренции - на уровень мотивации участников учебного процесса. Опираясь на теорию самодетерминации Э. Деси и Р. Райана, автор приходит к заключению, что, применяя стратегии кооперативной солидарности и конструктивной конкуренции в процессе обучения, индивиды удовлетворяют свои базовые психологические потребности в компетенции, самостоятельности и чувстве общности. Это приводит к росту уровня внутренней мотивации, в то время как внешняя мотивация становится более личностно детерминированной, что способствует активизации познавательной и творческой активности студентов и повышению эффективности обучения.
The article reveals the impact of social interaction types - cooperation and competition - on the level of motivation of students. Using the theory of self-determination by E. Deci and R. Ryan, the author concludes that employing the strategies of cooperative solidarity and constructive cooperation in the educational process, individuals satisfy their basic psychological needs for competence, autonomy and community feeling. This enhances intrinsic motivation, whereas extrinsic motivation is becoming more self-determined, which stimulates research work and students creativity and intensifies the educational effect.
