Обеспечение эффективного функционирования организации в настоящее время практически невозможно без адекват- ных информационных технологий. В статье рассматриваются возможные способы внед- рения современных информационных техно- логий в рамках университета. Показываются возможности разработки, внедрения и экс- плуатации информационных систем посредс- твом сотрудников университета, покупка го- товой системы или её разработки от внешних лиц. Рассматриваются проблемы, а отчасти и их причины, возникающие в этом процессе, отдельно для каждого из приведённых спосо- бов приобретения системы.
To ensure the effective operation of the organization is now virtually impossible without adequate information technologies. The paper presents possible approaches of implementation of modern information technologies in the university infrastructure. It presents problems of designing, development and implementation of IT technologies as it is being carried out by university staff, or bought as a package, or performed by external body. Reasons of the possible problems are discussed for each separate precedent.
