Решение данной проблемы представлено значительным количеством зарубежных теоретических разработок, осуществленных в русле «групповой педагогики» и «групповой динамики». Они выполняют своеобразную идеологическую функцию для обоснования программ и определения основных направлений, форм, методов и средств превентивной работы (профилактики) и ресоциализации несовершеннолетних правонарушителей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The problem of resocialization of juvenile delinquents is rather actual for the psychological and pedagogical theory and preventive practice as in the USA and England, so in Russia. Its solution represents a significant amount of the foreign theoretical development executed in a vein of «grouppedagogics» and «groupdynamics».
