Проблема ресоциализации несовершеннолетних делинквентов весьма актуальна для психологопедагогической теории и превентивной практики как США и Англии, так и России. Решение данной проблемы представлено значительным количеством зарубежных теоретических разработок, осуществленных в русле «групповой педагогики» и «групповой динамики». Они выполняют своеобразную идеологическую функцию для обоснования программ и определения основных направлений, форм, методов и средств превентивной работы (профилактики) и ресоциализации несовершеннолетних правонарушителей.

The problem of resocialization of juvenile delinquents is rather actual for the psychological and pedagogical theory and preventive practice as in the USA and England, so in Russia. Its solution represents a significant amount of the foreign theoretical development executed in a vein of «grouppedagogics» and «groupdynamics». They carry out original ideological function for substantiation of programs and definitions of the basic directions, forms, methods and means of preventive work (prophylaxis) and resocialization of juvenile offenders.
