Актуальность. В условиях цифровизации общего образования и дистанционного обучения с применением ИКТ особо остро встаёт вопрос сбережения социально-психологического здоровья школьника, что вызывает потребность более глубокого изучения процесса учебного труда, особенностей обучающегося и поиска эффективных подходов решения данной проблемы.
Цель. Разработать рекомендации для родителей, направленные на сбережение социально-психологического здоровья их детей в условиях дистанционного обучения в системе общего образования.
Методы исследования. Методы теоретического исследования – анализ, сравнение, обобщение. Методы эмпирического исследования – анкетирование, изучение и обобщение педагогического опыта. Методы математико-статистической обработки данных – метод сравнения величин.
Научная новизна / теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. Процесс дистанционного обучения во время карантина в школе с применением цифровых технологий будет эффективным и экологичным, если изучить, проанализировать и обобщить опыт научно-методической работы дистанционного обучения с применением цифровых технологий, подготовить рекомендации для учителей, родителей и учащихся средней школы и обучить продуктивно и экологично работать в новых условиях (объяснить, как организуются уроки, осуществляется обратная связь, выполняются самостоятельная работа и домашние задания, учитываются основные особенности режима труда и отдыха, обеспечивается профилактика заболеваний учащихся, осуществляется профилактика утомления и переутомления). Практическая значимость работы заключается в том, что в ней представлены рекомендации для родителей, направленные на сбережение социально-психологического здоровья их детей в условиях дистанционного обучения в системе общего образования. Данные рекомендации содержат: гигиену учебного труда и отдыха; социально-психологические рекомендации; дидактические рекомендации; воспитательные рекомендации.
Результаты исследования. В ходе исследования были получены следующие результаты: выявлены особенности обучения школьников в условиях дистанционного обучения с применением ИКТ; установлено, что дистанционная форма обучения оказывает существенное влияние на социально-психологическое здоровье школьников; рассмотрен продуктивный опыт дистанционного обучения с применением цифровых технологий; выявлены основные условия успешности такого обучения; раскрыты основные трудности в дистанционном обучении для родителей и учащихся; определены способы их преодоления; рассмотрены компетенции по обучению в новых условиях и созданы на их основе рекомендации для повышения квалификации учителей в помощь учащимся и их родителям.
Выводы. Изучение процесса учебного труда ребёнка в условиях дистанционного обучения с применением ИКТ-методов, включённого наблюдения и анализ научных источников по теме исследования и личных наблюдений позволяет нам сделать следующие выводы. Во время дистанционного обучения родителям следует обратить особое внимание на следующие аспекты. 1. Необходимо соблюдение гигиены учебного труда. 2. Необходимо чутко следить за психологическим комфортом ребёнка. 3. Нужно овладеть технической стороной процесса дистанционного обучения и обучить ребёнка всем необходимым навыкам. 4. Следует уделить внимание развитию у ребёнка таких личностных качеств, как самоконтроль, дисциплина, ответственность, работоспособность.
Relevance. In the conditions of digitalization of secondary education and distance learning with the use of ICT, the issue of saving the socio-psychological health of a student is particularly acute, which causes the need for a deeper study of the student’s educational work process and the search for effective approaches to solving this problem.
Aim of the work is to study the process of educational work of a child in the conditions of distance learning, to analyze, summarize and formulate recommendations for improving the effectiveness of education and saving the socio-psychological health of schoolchildren.
Methodology. Methods of theoretical research – analysis, comparison, generalization; methods of empirical research – questionnaire, study and generalization of pedagogical experience; methods of mathematical and statistical data processing – method of comparing quantities.
Scientific novelty / theoretical and / or practical significance. The process of distance learning with the use of digital technologies during the quarantine at school will be effective and environmentally friendly if the experience of scientific and methodological work of distance learning with the use of digital technologies is studied, analyzed and summarized; recommendations for teachers, parents and students of comprehensive school are prepared, and students are taught to work productively and environmentally friendly in new conditions (how lessons are organized, feedback is provided, independent work and homework are performed, the main features of the work and rest regime are taken into account, prevention of diseases of students is provided, prevention of fatigue and overwork is carried out). The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that it presents recommendations for parents aimed at preserving the socio-psychological health of their children in the conditions of distance learning in the secondary education system. These recommendations contain: hygiene of educational work and recreation; socio-psychological recommendations; didactic recommendations; educational recommendations.
Results. In the course of the study, the following results were obtained: the features of teaching schoolchildren in the conditions of distance learning with the use of ICT are revealed; it has been established that distance learning has a significant impact on the socio-psychological health of schoolchildren; the productive experience of distance learning with the use of digital technologies is considered; the main conditions for the success of such training are identified; the main difficulties in distance learning for parents and students are revealed; ways to overcome them are identified; competencies for learning in new conditions are considered and recommendations for improving the skills of teachers, to help students and their parents are created on their basis.
Conclusions. The study of the process of educational work of a child in the conditions of distance learning with the use of ICT by the method of included observation and the analysis of scientific sources on the topic of research and personal observations allows us to draw the following conclusions. During distance learning, parents should pay special attention to the following aspects. 1. It is necessary to observe the hygiene of educational work. 2. It is necessary to sensitively monitor the psychological comfort of the child. 3. To master the technical side of the distance learning process and teach the child all the necessary skills. 4. Pay attention to the development of such personal qualities in a child as self-control, discipline, responsibility, efficiency
